To get the best possible results with the CalmingTrax™, we recommend gradually increasing the session time. We recommend that the first few sessions be between 3 and 5 minutes, if you are comfortable with that you can increase the next sessions to 5 to 10 minutes, and if that is also going well you can increase the session to 15 minutes.
You can use the CalmingTrax™ any time of the day. Some like to use it before bed to help relax the neck, shoulders, and back. Others like to do it in the morning to relieve stiffness and to get a greater range of motion.
